Active Autowerke design and custom ported for maximun air flow. Made of high strength and very thick cast iron, this manifold will not crack or break. Each runner is cut to allow for heat expansion under high stress high heat conditions.. Comes pre-cut with a 38mm wastegate opening and T3 turbo flange.

CES Custom 3“ polished stainless steel Turbo downpipe and wastegate re-route pipe kit E36 BMW. (GEN 2)
Specially designed for our Stage II and III GT35R turbo systems using a 44mm Tial wastegate, and AA custom ported turbo manifold. Our Downpipe comes with 3 O2 sensor bungs for either OBD I or OBD II applications and an extra bung for wideband O2 sensor capability. Incorporates Tial 44 mm V-band flange for easy wastegate installation and removal and 3“ V-band exhaust outlet makes installation of our turbo exhaust system a breeze.
Our wastegate re-route pipe connects the 44 mm Tial wastegate to the manifold via a 38mm flange and now incorporates a flex bellows to take the stress off the mounting point on the manifold.

CES Custom 3“ Polished t304 Stainless Steel Turbo Exhaust System E36 BMW. (GEN 2)
Specially designed to maximize exhaust flow for our turbo systems, this kit comes complete with dual 3.5“ tips and a V-banded 5“ Magnaflow resonator section that can be interchanged with a straight pipe or high flow catalytic converter. This system connects to our turbo downpipe via 3“ V-band connector and comes standard with all CES Stage II and Stage III turbo systems.
